Unique shell shaped house designed by Mexican architect Javier Senosiain. Located near Mexico City, the Nautilus house was commissioned by a young couple who wanted to raise their kids in nature inspired home.
Around the world we can find amazing builds, monuments, bridges and houses, some of them are really strange, others try to reproduce objects or animals, that was happened to this one, somebody has reproduced a shell as a house, for me this house or whatever, seems to be more a sculpture than house, but at sometime is very cute! This house or shell is located in Mexico. This house is made of steel-frame wire and fibrocement and is earthquake-proof. Inside of the house is predominated spiral stairs (of course!), natural plants and a lot of circular windows. So, if you like the ocean and you have a dream to live inside of a shell, well, this is a real example for you!
